Arizona Event Management, LLC is owned and operated right here in Tucson, AZ. Since our company opened its doors in 2008, we’ve treated every client like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch.

We are a team of talented event planners who enjoy making your dream event a reality. We work with only the most respected event photographers, caterers, DJs, florists and other event vendors to ensure that your well-planned event is as wonderful as you've imagined it to be.

Sharon is the owner and Lead Planner at Arizona Event Management. She knows the business of events and planning from the ground up. Sharon's charming demeanor and exemplary attention to detail make her the ideal coordinator for any event.

Early in her career, Sharon was working as a mechanical engineer when she realized she is too innovative and energetic to spend her career behind a cubicle. In 2008 she launched Arizona Event Management and began devoting herself full time to event planning and design. Sharon is knowledgeable in every aspect of the event planning process and she enjoys developing lasting friendships with clients while working to create a remarkable and memorable event.

As an Associate Event Planner at Arizona Event Management, Bekka has honed her natural talent for event planning to an exceptional level. She prides herself on her creative flair and her unmatchable organizational skills.

Bekka discovered her passion for event planning when she planned her own wedding in 2008. She is a Certified Wedding Planner with the Event Design Academy. Bekka is a Design Fusion and Excellence in Layout Design award recipient. She is upbeat, fun to work with and thoroughly enjoys ensuring clients a flawless, stress-free event planning experience.
