One Fine Day (Day of Wedding Coordination)

If you planned it all and need a hand on your wedding day then we have you covered. We’ll make sure your wedding day is as amazing as you planned it to be.

One Fine Day includes:

•Two one on one pre-wedding planning meetings with your coordinator including venue walk-through

•As many IM meetings, emails and phone calls with your coordinator as necessary to pass off important details and ensure that all plans are completed before your event.

•Complete confirmation with all of your vendors one week in advance of event.

•Personalized wedding day itineraries and circulation to all parties involved prior to your wedding day.

•Distribution of vendor payments and gratuities on your behalf.

•Access to wedding day ‘just in case’ kit (superglue, mending kit, etc)

•Onsite rehearsal direction with light refreshments for your guests (up to two hours)

•Comprehensive onsite wedding day management, ten hour coverage.

Receive deliveries, greet vendors as they arrive

•Ensure correct ceremony and reception set-up

•Distribute wedding day itinerary to vendors

•Supervise and communicate with vendor staff

•Cue wedding party for processional

•Manage reception timeline, ensure smooth transitions and intercept any issues that may arise.

One Month Out

We know how busy the month of your wedding can be, but this is a great time of your life! You’re surrounded by friends and family and you’re soon to marry the love of your life. We’ll be here for you throughout the month leading up to your big day so that you can relax, enjoy, celebrate time with family and know that the finishing details are in good hands.

One Month Out includes:

•4 hours of wedding planning meetings with your coordinator to review décor, vendor selections, budget advancement and key details.

•As many IM meetings, emails and phone calls with your coordinator as necessary to ensure that all plans are completed and pass off important details.

•Google Documents checklist planning for real-time progress review and tracking to ensure that all action items are completed before your event.

•Reception design finishing touches and review.

•We research the best possible vendor choices for your wedding day and attend as many vendor visits as you would like

•Weekly email reminders to keep you up to date with the planning process.

•One Fine Day - complete day of wedding coordination and execution – encompasses whatever it takes to ensure your wedding day is just as you planned it!

One Love (Full Wedding Planning and Design

One Love is an all-inclusive wedding planning package in which we collaborate with you in designing every facet of your wedding from concept to completion. We’ll be here every step of the way so that you have a fun planning experience, an enjoyable engagement and a professionally designed event.

One Love includes:

•As many one on one meetings, phone calls and emails as needed to ensure your wedding day is flawless.

•Monthly email reminders to keep you up to date with the planning process.

•Google Documents checklist planning for real-time progress review and tracking to ensure that all action items are completed on time during the months leading up to your big day.

•Google Calendar to maintain synchronized wedding planning and scheduling.

•We research the best possible vendor choices for your wedding day and attend as many vendor visits as you would like.

•Budget planning, development and management-Excel format (also real-time at your request).

•Timeline design and management.

•Assistance with the selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues.

•Rehearsal dinner management.

•Wedding shower management.

•Assist your maid of honor and best man with Bachelor/Bachelorette party planning.

•One Fine Day - complete day of wedding coordination and execution – encompasses whatever it takes to ensure your wedding day is just as you planned it!

That’s okay if you don’t fit into one of our packages! We have made all of our services available to you a la carte so that you may order just the ones you need or add them to a planning package for customized wedding planning that is as unique as you are.
